Refund Policy For Provisioning
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit all payments made.
Cancellations outside the 48-hour window will be refunded minus a 35% restocking fee.
Refund Policy for Travel Reservations
Flight Reservations are final and non-refundable. They are, however, modifiable with a fee. We provide confirmations prior to paying for tickets. Once reservations are confirmed by guests/clients, we are no longer responsible for any errors on the reservation.
Refund Policy for Tours
Tours must be cancelled 48 hours ahead of time for a refund to be issued. A 10% cancellation fee will be processed with the remaining 90% being returned to the guest/client.
