We offer a personalized grocery provisioning service, sourcing items from local vendors and businesses across the island. This means we do the hard work for you—driving to multiple locations to find the freshest and highest-quality products. Please note, we are not a grocery store but a service dedicated to making your experience convenient and stress-free.

Since we live on an Island, some things may not be readily available. If a product is not available, a comparable substitute can be provided. This may include flavor substitution in certain items. Should an item be out of stock, a refund will be provided to the card on file.
Made-to-order items require a minimum of 3 days' notice. Orders placed without sufficient lead time cannot be fulfilled, so please plan accordingly to ensure we can meet your needs.
Travel Reservations
Tropic Air Reservations are final and non-refundable. They are, however, modifiable with a fee. We provide confirmations prior to paying for tickets. Once reservations are confirmed by guests/clients, we are no longer responsible for any errors on the reservation.
